Hugh Woods Catering

Hugh Wood has been in the food and catering industry since 1999. He began at Ponchatoula’s in Ruston as a cook. His specialty meat market opened in August of 2016. Lyle McCoy graduated from culinary school and is now our in-house chef and partner.
