A. Sponsorship

  1. Consider approval of a $2,500 sponsorship for the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality Brownfields Program and Louisiana Main Street Small-Scale Real Estate Developer Training to be held in Ruston on September 29 and October 23, 2026, for food and beverage costs associated with the training events.

B. Advertising Grants

  1. Consider approval of a $2,000 advertising grant for Springhill Main Street for Springhill Christmas Wonderland to be held November 28, 2026.
  2. Consider approval of a $2,000 advertising grant for Springhill Main Street Initiative for Draggin’ Main / Ride 4 Life to be held October 10, 2026.
  3. Consider approval of a $2,000 advertising grant for the Springhill-North Webster Chamber of Commerce for Mistletoe Market to be held November 28, 2026.
  4. Consider approval of a $2,000 advertising grant for the City of Minden / Minden Recreation Center for the Minden Rec Fall Festival to be held October 31, 2026.
  5. Consider approval of a $2,000 advertising grant for Hearts & Halos: Infant and Pregnancy Loss Awareness for the 2nd Annual Angel Baby Fun Run & Halo Fest to be held October 10, 2026, at Miller Quarters Park, including consideration of the application’s compliance with the program submission deadline.

C. Financial Governance

  1. Consider approval of updated ACH (electronic) payments for payroll, contract labor, and approved vendor/Cooperative Endeavor Agreement disbursements.
  2. Consider approval of automatic payments for recurring operational expenses.
