a. Formally approve the advertising grant in the amount of $2,000 for Hers Bridal & Special
Occasion for the 50th Anniversary Fashion Show to be held December 6, 2025.
b. Formally approve the advertising grant in the amount of $2,000 for Get On A Trail
Shreveport, LLC to be held December 13, 2025.
c. Consider for approval of a $2,000 advertising grant for Springhill North Chamber of
Commerce for the Mistletoe Market to be held November 29, 2025 inside the South
Main Mall.
d. Consider approval of a $2,000 advertising grant for the Friends of Minden Main Street
for the 2026 Minden Main Mardi Gras Parade & Festival.
e. Consider approval of a $2,000 advertising grant for Pearls of Purpose for a live Nativity
in Downtown Minden.
f. Consider approval of a $4,000 major grant for Friends of Minden Main Street for 2026
Grilling on Main.
g. Consider approval of a $4,000 major grant for Pearls of Purpose for the Witches Ride of
Minden.
h. Consider approval of a $4,000 major grant for Miss Louisiana Volunteer for the Miss
Louisiana Volunteer Pageant 2027.
i. Consider approval of a $4,000 major grant for the Springhill Rodeo Association for the
2026 Rodeo.
j. Approve a resolution authorizing Amie Poladian to execute a Cooperative Endeavor
Agreement with the Louisiana Department of the Treasury.
