Charcandrick West is returning to Springhill with a powerful mission: to inspire and empower the next generation of leaders. Through his “I Am a Champion” youth development event, West is giving back to the community by helping local students build the confidence, character, and life skills they need to succeed both on and off the field.

Designed for students in grades 6 through 12, this impactful program focuses on the core values of integrity, respect, responsibility, sportsmanship, and servant leadership. Participants will hear from Charcandrick West and other mentors as they share lessons on perseverance, goal setting, and becoming strong, successful young adults.

The event is made possible through the support of the City of Springhill and the North Webster High School Athletic Department, reflecting a shared commitment to investing in local youth and strengthening the community.

Students in grades 6–12 are encouraged to register in advance to reserve their spot.
