Step back into the golden era of Motown at the Solid Gold Motown Showdown, presented by Citizens About Progress, on Saturday, September 26, at 2:00 p.m. at the Springhill Civic Center.

Enjoy an afternoon filled with timeless Motown classics, live entertainment, fellowship, and fun as Light of Entertainment, LLC of Jackson, Mississippi brings the unforgettable sounds of soul, rhythm, and blues to the stage. The event will also feature the presentation of a Legacy Award honoring unsung heroes who have made a lasting impact on the community.

Guests are encouraged to come dressed in casual attire and enjoy free giveaway prizes throughout the event. Admission is $12 per person, with reserved tables available for $80. Businesses and organizations can also show their support by purchasing event advertisements for $40. Proceeds support C.A.P. after school tutoring program.
